Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by APPortal.io ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

APPortal.io offers a range of services including, but not limited to, web development, web design, UI/UX consulting, software solutions, and branding services. The specifics of each service will be outlined in a separate project contract or statement of work.

3. Project Engagement & Contracts

Prior to starting a project, we will provide a proposal or contract specifying the deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Both parties must agree to and sign this document before any work commences.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to custom code, designs, logos, and content created by APPortal.io remains the property of APPortal.io until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, all intellectual property is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any future alterations, updates, or maintenance of the intellectual property can be provided by APPortal.io at the client’s request under separate terms.

7. Third-Party Services

APPortal.io may use third-party services (such as hosting platforms or payment processors) to deliver our services. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of these third-party services, including, but not limited to, outages, security breaches, or data loss.

8. Warranties and Limitations

We strive to deliver services that meet or exceed the client’s expectations, but we do not guarantee that the project will be completely error-free or meet every business objective. Our liability is limited to the amount the client has paid us for the project in question.

9. Confidentiality

APPortal.io and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to the Terms

APPortal.io reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or by sending you an email.
